Free Speech Under Fire on Social Media

Free Speech is under fire on Social Media. Although it is possible to express a variety of opinions as comments under posts on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, many posts on social media will be censored.

You don’t have to be yelling “fire” in a theater or “threatening” anyone to be censored. You simply have to post an opposing set of facts that challenges the beliefs espoused by these social networks and the groups they cater to.

If you post on a variety of "forbidden" topics, your posts will be fact checked, labeled as "misinformation," or even deleted. You may even get a warning, or suspended or find your account closed simply for trying to present facts that don't align with the beliefs of Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey. Not only might your personal account disappear, but your group or page might suddenly be gone because someone posted something the censors don't like. Groups disappear all the time with no warning and NO APPARENT VIOLATION. See Facebook Group 'Pray for Our President' Deleted.

The following is an excerpt from the longer article The Crisis of Free Speech in America (and Globally).

"You never learn the whole truth by only hearing half the story."

This is a partial list of topics that will get you warned, suspended, shadow-banned or have your account closed on platforms that act like publishers, including Facebook and Twitter:

Things That Will Get You Warned or Banned on Social Media

  • You cannot talk about the American Journal of Medicine’s recent positive article about hydroxychloroquine or all the other impressive research and data about this drug's effectiveness as an early treatment for COVID.
  • You cannot discuss race and crime statistics or those posts will get pulled and you will get a warning.
  • You cannot talk about the escalating genocide of Christians by Muslims in Nigeria and around the globe.
  • You cannot talk about known problems with both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines
  • You cannot talk about the possibility that the Russians manufactured some WWII stories when they entered Germany to create a smoke screen to hide atrocities the Russians committed in their own country.
  • You cannot post memes with direct quotes from Democrats that incite violence. Those actual quotes are immediately labeled misinformation.
  • You now cannot talk about scientific evidence the much of Global Warming is cyclical in nature.
  • FB just announced they will be “fact checking” posts about the United Nations from now on. You won’t be able to discuss flawed policies or other issues regarding the UN.
  • And although there is massive documented evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election, you cannot present it without it being labeled as misinformation or worse, having your account closed

Posts that do not conform to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platform views are pulled, shadow banned or labeled as misinformation. These "platforms" continue to act more like publishers than platforms, because people’s accounts are suspended or closed if they dare to disagree with what the social media technocrats want their readers to believe.

Facebook Group 'Pray for Our President' Deleted

'Pray for Our President' Facebook Group Mysteriously Disappears

In October, Facebook members of the popular “Pray for Our President” FB group led by author and speaker Donna Partow, which had 135,000-140,000 followers, noticed the group was no longer showing up in their Groups list. Mysteriously, while smaller groups of the same name remained, the large group had vanished.

Notice from Facebook when "Pray for Our President" link is clicked

The prayer group was apparently deleted by the powers that be at the multi-billion dollar Facebook corporation, during the last three critical weeks before the election. This led to group members posting questions and hypotheses about what happened on the liberal-leaning social media platform.

Social networks like Facebook and Twitter have come under a lot of recent fire and scrutiny about their heavy-handed approach to moderating and censoring conservative voices, posts and news. While their liberal supporters point to Facebook terms of service as grounds for censorship of conservative groups, conservatives point to the much lighter censoring of liberal groups and news in comparison to the overt and consistent censorship Facebook doles out to conservative links and posts.

Worst Week Ever for Social Media Suppression of Information

Liberal Social Media Platforms Seek to Influence Public Opinion and the Election: New Free-Speech Platforms Flourish as a Result

Parler, a new social media platform dedicated to free speech, has tallied the many examples occurring this week in which social media platforms restricted or suppressed the free flow of information in the run-up to the 2020 election. The information brownout is now well under way.

In the past week:

  • Twitter blocked the sharing of a link to a story by the New York Post, America’s fourth largest newspaper, laying out evidence of corrupt influence peddling by Hunter Biden, his father and then Vice President Joe Biden, and a state-run Ukrainian energy company.
  • Facebook preemptively restricted sharing of the same story, saying it needed to be subjected to their “fact checkers.”
  • Numerous other forms of censorship and blocking of news and conservative voices took place during the week in an effort to influence public opinion and the election

New Bi-Partisan Social Media Site Hopes to Make a Difference in November

Orybs Announces Plan for rapid expansion prior to the November Elections

NEWS PROVIDED BY
Right2Voice News and Social Media Services

Right2Voice News and Social Media Services, makers of the new social media/news platform and app, Orbys.net, has announced plans for an aggressive marketing campaign with the hopes of making a difference in the November election.

"We always planned for our platform to be bi-partisan," states the founder of the company, Robert Farrow. "But sadly the idea of free speech and having a platform for both sides of the news has become controversial for one side of the political spectrum. That means our competition will try to paint us as right wing. But free speech benefits everyone, as does unfiltered news."

Orbys.net is 100% free and offers live streaming to its users as well as more features then all of their competitors. For their new marketing campaign, Orbys.net has begun working with online personalities who will be adding their shows to the new platform. And the founder, as well as the CTO, Alberto Esperon Gomez, will be appearing on radio shows, live streaming, and podcasts. Details on the new shows and personalities will soon follow.

"Any issue has two sides," continues the founder, Robert Farrow; "a positive and a negative. If your news tells you only one side, then you are just reading propaganda. Stopping the monopolizing and control of the flow of news is what this company cares about. News that favors one side only helps those in power on that side. It never helps the people in general. That is what we are fighting against in November."

Parler Responds to Facebook’s Move to Block Erasebook.info

Parler, the People-driven social platform, today issued the following statement on Facebook’s blocking across its platform—within minutes of it going live—the informational website www.Erasebook.info.

“Facebook blocks Erasebook.info. Apparently, the fact-checker does not want to be fact checked. It’s not the first time that Facebook has resorted to content curation to push its agenda-driven narrative, as many publishers do,” said Parler CEO John Matze. “Facebook manipulates what we see, hear, write, read and say—in an effort to control what we think and do.

“I encourage critical thinkers everywhere to visit Erasebook.info, to get the facts and join the movement at Parler.”

Parler launched the website www.Erasebook.info on Friday, September 3 as a place for individuals to get facts on Facebook’s content-moderation and data-mining practices, and to help users reclaim their personal information.

Twitter & Its Cancel-Mob Rush to Judgment About Kyle Rittenhouse Says Parler

Twitter Rushed to Defend Riots and Criminals but Rushes to Accuse 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse

Social media giants including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google are developing a bad reputation for silencing conservative voices through censorship including: shadow banning, deleting accounts, deleting followers, hiding search results and other heavy-handed tactics. On the other hand, liberal media, rioters, criminals and these social media platforms themselves are given a free pass to distort truth in posts as they see fit. Parler, the new social media platform, is weighing in on the matter.

Parler is criticizing Twitter and its codependent Cancel-Mob. Both have rushed to judgment with respect to the conduct of a conservative male teenager, Kyle Rittenhouse. The offending tweet, by independent journalist and privacy activist Cassandra Fairbanks, consisted of a single short sentence: “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong.” According to Twitter, this tweet “incited violence,” and so the publisher locked down Ms. Fairbanks’ account until she removed it.

Parler Invites Jewish Community to #Twexit, Parley During Boycott of Twitter

Press Release:

Parler, the People-driven social platform, is inviting the international Jewish community, and all people concerned with institutional anti-Semitism at social publishers like Facebook and Twitter, to join their digital Public Square.

Last week, Twitter suspended user accounts displaying the Star of David—an important symbol of the heroism and resilience of the Jewish People—in their profiles. The social publisher said the pictures were “hateful imagery” and forced account holders to delete the images in order to restore access.

Jewish leaders called for a 48-hour boycott of Twitter, but Parler has a better suggestion:

Parler applauds the intent of the Jewish boycott of Twitter, but Twitter has proven deaf to such measures in the past,” said Parler Strategic investor Jeffrey Wernick. “We encourage those concerned with anti-Semitism to take further action and Twexit.

Parler cordially invites the Jewish community and their many supporters regardless of belief to join our Public Square, where they will never be subject to censorship or discrimination because of religion, ethnicity or ideology. I am confident the free and permissionless nature of Parler will be a refreshing change for those weary of the technoauthoritarianism Jews and so many others experience at the hands of Twitter and other social media publishers.

“Leaving agenda-driven publishers like Twitter behind for good is the best weapon we have against their biased censorship. I again extend a warm welcome to all boycott participants to Twexit and explore Parler.”

Parler was founded in 2018 and has 3.3 million users. The platform is committed to free speech, does not mine or sell user data, and does not censor content based on politics or ideology. Parler continues to stand with the People and against Technocronyism.

Antisemitism at Twitter

Social Publisher Accused of Locking Accounts of Jewish users for Star-of-David Profile Pics

Press Release

Parler, the People-driven social platform, took the occasion of Twitter being accused of locking the accounts of multiple Jewish users who featured images of the Star of David in their profile pictures, to voice its support for users displaying the Star of David, as well as other religious symbols, as symbols of love. According to stories in the Jerusalem Post, Israel National News, and The Yeshiva World, Twitter said the accounts’ displays of “hateful imagery” had violated the publishers’ Terms of Service.

According to the Jerusalem Post, holders of the locked accounts received the following message from the social media publisher: “We have determined that this account violated the Twitter Rules. Specifically for: Violating our rules against posting hateful imagery. You may not use hateful images or symbols in your profile image or profile header. As a result, we have locked your account."

Users were reportedly told to delete the images in order for their accounts to be restored.

The images in question ranged from a white Star of David in a graffiti style, to a superimposition of the modern blue star on the flag of Israel spliced with the yellow star Jews were forced to wear by the Nazis, to a montage of yellow stars.

“The Star of David has been for almost two centuries a symbol of Judaism and Jewish identity for a people who were stateless,” said Parler Strategic investor Jeffrey Wernick. “For me as a Jew, it symbolizes my love for Judaism, which does not conflict in any way with my love for my nation and my love for humanity. To designate it, if the allegations are true, as a hateful image, is not only an act of hate but also likely libelous and slanderous. The desire to remove a symbol of my Jewish identity as “hateful imagery” is, to me, no different than the desire to remove me as hateful just because I am Jewish. And this is true whether I display it physically or not.”

The Star of David has no official biblical authority, but became an important symbol of Jewish people living in the diaspora, and was universally adopted as a symbol of the Jewish People hundreds of years ago. The Star took on even greater significance as a symbol of heroism and sacrifice following the Holocaust and the founding of Israel as a Jewish State.

Twitter has a checkered history concerning anti-semitism. In 2015, the publisher allowed #killalljews to trend on its site. The hashtag is still searchable on Twitter. More recently, the publisher allowed #JewishPrivilege to trend, and the hashtag attracted many anti-semitic tweets.

Parler was founded in 2018 and has over 2.7 million users. The platform is committed to free speech, does not mine or sell user data, and does not censor content based on politics or ideology. Parler continues to stand with the People and against Technocronyism.

Conservatives, Christians, More Move to Social Networks USA.Life & Parler

Why Make the Move to USA.Life and Parler?

Recently, some of the leading social media platform have gone out of their way to antagonize some of their most loyal and profitable market. Facebook mods are on record saying they delete and shadow-ban conservative posts. Twitter has censored President Trump and Instagram and even Reddit have stifled conservative voices.

According to Statista, one of the leading statistics companies on the internet, social media spending in the US was expected to increase to $17.34 billion in 2019. By 2020, social media ad spending is predicted overtake traditional TV ads. Yet these social media platforms have apparently been doing almost everything in their power—not to serve as platforms— but to act as censors for opinions they don’t like and to drive away conservative users, businesses whose politics they don't agree with, as well as potential advertisers.

Thankfully, there are other options. That's why more and more conservatives, Christians, and Trump supporters are moving to the new USA.Life & Parler platforms.

Conservatives, Christians, Trump Supporters & Others Move to New Social Networks USA.Life and Parler

Conservatives, Christians, family-friendly networkers and supporters of President Trump are joining the new USA.Life and Parler social networks in record numbers, because of left-leaning platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Reddit censoring or banning President Trump's followers and other conservative voices. USA.Life is the answer to left-leaning Facebook, and Parler is the free-speech option to heavy-handed Twitter. Read more at:

Top 4 Ways to Engage Readers on Social Media

What do your readers want to see on social media platforms?

If you have taken it upon yourself to do social media marketing for yourself or another business, it's not uncommon to hit a brick wall when looking for ideas for content that engages your readers. How do you make people on social media platforms want to know more about your business or service?

The simple truth is nobody wants to hear another plug for your business. If all you do is toot your own horn, you will lose your audience
But things are not hopeless! If you can bait an effective hook that draws your readers in each time, they will eagerly devour your posts.

The number one goal of social media marketing is to keep those readers coming back for more, so it's important to write posts for your audience, not your business. The whole purpose of creating content is to keep your readers engaged, because an audience that is engaged will accelerate the growth of your platform

So when you are contemplating that next post, there are three simple questions you should ask yourself before posting on social networks.

Top Three Questions to Ask About Social Media Posts
When you are writing posts for social media platforms, you need to know what your audience wants to know. so it is crucial to always ask yourself these three critical questions before you post:
  •  “Is this content relevant to my readers?”
  •  “Will my followers care about this information?”
  •  “Will my audience understand how this post can impact their lives?”
If you can always answer "yes" to these three questions every time you post, you will know the basics to engaging your readers. But let's take a deeper look at the best ways to create engaging content on social platforms.
Four Best Ways to Engage Readers on Social Media

  • 1. Write content relevant to your readers
Your readers care about posts that speak to their needs and interests and don't just promote a product or service. Make sure your social media posts always provide your social network with information that they can relate to that will help them and their families in some way.
  • 2. Write content your followers will care about
If you want to get the full attention of your social networks, write content for them, not pitches aimed at them. Posts that are the most effective will contain a call to action that will have direct impact on your readers' lives.

One way to do this is to offer practical information and handy tips that social media followers can use to improve their lives.

Another way is to talk about your topic and not just your business. Provide useful information about your field, not just your product. This adds value for your readers.
  • 3. Write posts that will directly impact the lives of your social media audience
If you can provide your Facebook and Twitter followers tips and advice that save them money or help them solve a problem, you can provide content that impacts your followers' lives.  This, in turn, keeps your social media networks engaged and coming back for more.

Writing posts that have direct impact on your readers will make those posts of value on even the most professional networks, including LinkedIn.
  • 4. Write posts that are humorous or entertaining
Sometimes it is good to mix it up a bit with posts that will make your readers laugh or add interest to their day. Adding in posts that are funny or entertaining will go a long way towards keeping your audience returning.

So tell a joke or a funny story -- even better if you can make the joke relate to your product or industry.

Social media content that adds value to your readers will ensure your audience is engaged by relevant content your followers care about and believe will impact their lives. Posts that speak directly to your readers will connect with your target market and keep your social networking followers coming back for more.

Top 5 Things You Need to Know About Viral Content Bee for Social Media

    Viral Content Bee
While researching tips and tools that are useful when promoting articles on social media, I came across a reference to Viral Content Bee, (VCB) formerly Viral Content Buzz. This handy tool is not only free, but it is actually helpful in getting your content shared on social networks.

Here are the top five things you need to know about Viral Content Bee.

    Is this a link-share gimmick?

No. Viral Content Bee is a platform for sharing quality social media. VCB allows users to submit their content for other users to promote to social networks.

However, unlike the spammy black-hat technique of "I'll share yours if you share mine," VCB content must adhere to strict guidelines, and if it passes inspection, the article is put in the dashboard listings for users looking for content to share on a particular topic. If they like your content, they can share it. If they share it, they earn points they can apply to promoting their own projects.

Do people really share your posts?

Yes. Within an hour of sharing my first post on Viral Content Bee, I had influencers tweeting it on Twitter. Within 24 hours, it had tripled the number of views my other articles on the same topic generated.

    Does it cost anything?

No, but... The basic use of Viral Content Bee is free as you earn points to promote your content by sharing other content. However, you can also buy points to apply to promoting your posts as well as getting them back on page one of the Dashboard.

    Where is my content promoted?

You choose. With Viral Content Bee you select the social networks where you want each project to be shared.

    Is it easy to use?

Yes. Simple forms allow you to add the title, URL and a brief description of your article as well as an optional photo, and then you select which social networks you want the article submitted to

All in all, Viral Content Bee is a great way to network with other writers to promote content on social media without resorting to black-hat link-share groups. Check it out at viralcontentbee.com.

Top 5 Ways to Avoid Spam Triggers on Social Media

    Spam is annoying

Social media marketing is definitely one of the best ways to get your message out there in 2019. However, when you are promoting content to social networks, using the wrong words can get your posts labeled as spammy, and spam is ignored or deleted.

Some of the worst spam words are almost laughable and probably won't be a problem for most businesses to avoid using on their social networks: porn, viagra, cures baldness.

However, other spam words may be harder to recognize, and since it is important to post on social media frequently, it is essential to chose the best words each time. Using effective language instead of spammy tricks will ensure you have content that tells your audience what they really want to know.

Bonus: These tips will also help you create less spammy-sounding titles for blog posts as well improve the subject lines of promotional emails.

Here is tip one of five tips on avoiding spam triggers on social networks like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

    1. Avoid Spam Words

Since social media marketing relies on short posts on social platforms to get their point across,  it is important to minimize spam trigger words in your posts.

But what are spam trigger words? Spam words are those that you see all the time--words that are overused on social media marketing to sell and promote goods. These words trigger a reader's response to skip the post entirely. Here are some common words and phrases to avoid in your social media posts:

Top Ten Spam Words to Avoid on Social Media
    1. Free
    2. Risk-free
    3. Free trial
    4. Buy
    5. Discount
    6. Special promotion
    7. Great offer
    8. Guarantee
    9. Cash
    10. Money
If you want a more in-depth look at spam words to eliminate, this article lists 100 of the worst offending spam words.

However, spam words are not the only issues to avoid or eliminate in social marketing posts. Here are four more ways to avoid spam techniques and create more powerful posts to keep your social network content from looking too spammy:

    2. Avoid Using ALL CAPS

Full caps may seem like a good way to draw attention, but the technique makes your posts look like a shout for attention that most people will want to ignore. All caps words make social media posts harder to read and make your emotional words no more powerful than all the other caps. And since using all caps is often perceived as shouting, these posts are considered rude as well as spammy.

Posts that clamor for attention but don't provide relevant information are considered spam. Consider the following related tips.

    3. Don't Overuse Colored Fonts

Colored fonts usually look unprofessional, but if you need to use a color for a font, unless you are promoting a carnival or kiddie event, use only one color. Again, trying to draw attention with trickytechniques and not with solid content is a sure way to be perceived as spammy on social media platorms.

    4. Don't Use Too Many Exclamation Points!

Exclamation points are the emojis of punctuation. One is enough, and typically even one isn't needed. An exclamation mark can also make your social media post look more like a sales pitch than a benefit statement.

    5. Avoid the Use of Texting Abbreviations Like "4U"

Texting abbreviations are neither professional nor clever and should usually be avoided in social media marketing. In fact, they show up on lists of spam words. Just say no.

Keeping social media marketing posts free of spammy words and unprofessional techniques will ensure your readers and followers are more likely to read your posts and get your message.
